Instructions
1.You put warm water and half small spoon of dry yeast into a bowl, stir and wait for 5 mins.
2.You put flour into the bowl and then you knead to make dough till it becomes like earlobe on a kitchen board with some flour. You can add some flour if you need.
3.You let the yeast ferment for an hour.And then we also start free wine and soft drink.
4.You cut the pastry into 2 pieces and make them flat and round shape. And then you wait for 5 mins.
5.You make the dough flat till 30 cm diameter with a rolling pin and then you mash the cheese into small pieces and place them on the flat dough.
6.You wrap the cheese with the flat dough and then you make it flat again till 15 cm diameter with a rolling pin.
7.You make a small hole in the middle of dough by pushing it inside and put the flat dough into an oven for 15 mins. You turn it over and put butter on surface while you are baking it.
8.You eat your own Khachapuri with wine and soft drink.

We also offer you a cooking set per person so you can learn it and make at home easily.Our Georgian food master, Maia and Japanese Sushi chef, Taiji will support your baking experience in a nice and fun atmosphere.You can enjoy drinking free beer, wine, coffee, tea, soft drinks during the break.We also use a traditional bakery oven so together we can cook very delicious Khachapuri for sure!
