- Piazza Navona: Piazza Navona: popular for the Fountain of the Four Rivers and the church of Sant’Agnese in Agone
- Pantheon: Temple of all the gods
- Area Sacra di Largo Argentina: the most popular cat shelter of the city, which happens to be also the place where Julius Caesar was assassinated: the archeological area now called Largo Argentina.
- Ghetto: Ghetto Ebraico, the Jewish District: the oldest jewish community of the western world is here in Rome and the Ghetto Ebraico is still the core of the Jewish-Roman community.
- Piazza del Campidoglio: the Capitolium Hill, from which we get the word “capital”. Home to the temple of Jupiter in Ancient Rome, it now houses the city hall and the Musei Capitolini.
