Terms & Conditions for VIP Experiences  

• All experiences are subject to availability, operational capacity, and animal health/behaviour. 
• All Tickets can be purchased and redeemed from the ticket desk. 
• All VIPs' experiences must be booked in advance online. . 
• VIP experiences are on a first-come, first-served basis and only confirmed once full payment is received. 
• Experiences may be modified or cancelled at the discretion of Emirates Park Zoo without prior notice.  
• All purchased experiences are non-refundable. 
• Guests must arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. 
• Maximum waiting time is 10 minutes; late arrivals may result in cancellation without refund. 
• Food is prepared fresh and hot; make sure to arrive on time to enjoy it fresh and hot.  
• Guests booking VIP experiences can enjoy the zoo for the day at no extra fees. 
• To ensure your safety, all visitors shall follow zoo safety guidelines, posted signage, and instructions from zoo staff; disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in visit cancellation without refund. 
• Photography is permitted for personal use only; commercial photography or videography requires prior written approval, and additional charges may apply.  
• The zoo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings; guests are advised to keep their items secure. 
• Dress code: Comfortable clothing and shoes are recommended. Guests should dress modestly and respect UAE culture. 
• Photographs and souvenirs are not included.
