- In order to rent the models represented on this page, customers are required to present an ID and a credit card upon arrival to the shop. Clients will also be required to sign a responsibility form for the rented equipment.
- Said responsibility form will detail the responsibility for the rented bikes in monetary terms. The specified amounts will refer to the wholesale price of each bike: € 2000 for the City E-Bike and E-Mountain Bike, € 3200 for the Full E-Mountain Bike and € 1500 for the Child E-MTB.
- Upon pick up of the bikes, customers can opt for additional accessories (for an extra cost), such as front bags or side bags, a smartphone holder, thermos flask.
- We can provide electric-assist bicycles for adults and children aged 9 and older (for the bike model for children aged 9-11 please see the adequate picture in the gallery). Children younger than 9 can be accommodated on additional equipment, such as a child streamliner extension (ages 5-8) or child seat (ages 1-4). If you wish to add this additional equipment to your reservation, please note it in the Special Requirements field. We will get in touch with you when we receive your reservation to confirm this additional equipment (to be paid for at the shop)
