Girona is a city in the Catalonia region, in northeastern Spain, next to the Oñar River. It is known for its medieval architecture, the walled Old Quarter (Barri Vell) and the Roman ruins of the Força Vella fortress. The ornamental gardens border the Archaeological Walk, a path that follows the medieval walls of the Old Quarter, with observation towers and panoramic views and give this Tour Girona charm.
